By mixing the ingredients on a frozen stone slab, it keeps the ice cream from melting. During the process, your desert will reach the most desirable texture and consistency. This ice cream adventure is fun and entertaining and will keep your customers coming back for more.

We also offer a variety of other deserts including non-fat frozen yogurt, smoothies, shakes, malts, sundaes, banana splits, ice cream cakes and pies.

Days prior to your Grand Opening one of our training representatives will be sent to your store to provide pre-opening training of your employees, review owner/management duties and responsibilities, and also to check the inventory and equipment of the store to make sure that everything you need for operation is present and working. This is an important phase in completing the franchise process. Try to allow at least one week for preliminary training of your management and employees. This also allows for time to make adjustments for issues that may arise. Remember you are starting a new business and you want to be successful from the opening day.

On your Grand Opening Day don't worry. A training representative will be there by your side. The trainer will assist management and employees to better serve your customer's and ensure that they receive an enjoyable dining experience. The trainer will remain on board until you are comfortable with the day to day operations of your store. And of course, if at anytime during your operations you need further assistance, we will send our training representative back.
